What should I expect during a tarot reading?

Each reading is a sacred space created just for you. You'll receive intuitive guidance through the cards, along with messages from Spirit, your guides, or loved ones. You don’t need to prepare anything — just come with an open heart and any questions you’d like to explore.

How do I prepare for a sound bath session?

Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a mat, blanket, or pillow if in person. Sessions are experienced lying down or seated. I use crystal bowls and sound healing tools to help you release stress, clear stagnant energy, and enter a deeply peaceful state. All you need to do is relax and receive.

What happens in an energy balancing session?

These sessions work with your energetic field and chakras to gently release blockages and bring your system back into alignment. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, or peace — all are normal. Sessions are intuitive and may include guided visualization, intention setting, and spiritual support.

How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
